What this notice covers

This notice explains how we handle the information you submit through the pilot-cohort application form on this website. It does not cover the separate consent and data-processing terms for capture contributors, which are provided directly to contributors during an engagement.

What we collect

From the application form: your name, work email, company, role, and your selections about robot type, needed data modalities, use case, target package, approximate volume and timeline. We also record the consent text you agreed to and a timestamp, plus basic technical metadata (IP address and user agent) for security and anti-spam.

Why we collect it (lawful basis)

We process this information to respond to your enquiry and scope a potential engagement. The lawful basis is your consent (which you give via the form checkbox) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Who processes it

Submissions are stored on our own server and are also forwarded to an internal notification channel operated via the Telegram Bot API so the team is alerted to new enquiries. Telegram acts as a messaging processor for that notification. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

International transfers

Where a notification or follow-up involves transfer outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses). We keep transfers to the minimum needed to respond to you.

Retention

We keep application data only as long as needed to evaluate and pursue the enquiry, and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer required. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, or to withdraw consent, contact us at the address below. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
